This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge sheet in Crime No.13 of 2018 has been filed and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.71 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sattur. The copy of the Final Report is also produced before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.
