For Respondent : A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.5727 of 2018 dated 11.04.2018 for the payment of Rs.5000/- to the defacto complainant.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.5727 of 2018. 2.The petitioners herein were granted anticipatory bail by recording that the husband shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to his wife.

CRL MP(MD). No.3848 of 2019 3.It is not in dispute that a boy was born through the wedlock. The amount of Rs.5,000/- awarded by this Court cannot be said to be excessive. In any event, it was only an interim arrangement and this will abide by any order that may be passed by the jurisdictional Civil Court or Family Court. It is not known whether the wife has filed maintenance case or not. I do not find any ground to modify the condition earlier imposed. The criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
