2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case enquiry is pending against the petitioner and therefore, summons was issued to the petitioner to appear before the respondent, for enquiry.

3. Since enquiry is pending against the petitioner, this petition is not all maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
