Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has already been filed in Crime No.1025 of 2016, on 01.03.2017 and the same is yet to be taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bodinaikanur.
