Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was rejected by order dated 05.06.2018.

2.In view of the above said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised. No costs.
