This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already the complaint was transferred to Land Grabbing Cell.

3. In view of the said submission, the Land Grabbing Cell, Dindigul District is directed to enquire the matter and pass orders on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, after enquiry, FIR can be registered.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
