ORDER

The plaintiffs in O.S No.71 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Muthukulathur are the revision petitioners herein. They filed I.A No.97 of 2018 for appointing an Advocate Commissioner. The same was dismissed by order dated 12.04.2018. Questioning the same, this civil revision petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.This is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. The identity of the suit property is not in dispute. Therefore, the court below rightly dismissed the I.A in question. There is no scope for interference with the order passed by the court below. This civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
