Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent made in Proceedings AG(A&E)/PEN.P10/11013998/1/R1013998 dated 2.7.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to fix proper grade pay of Rs.5400/- and accept the 50% part time work as service period for pension.

ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner in respect of grant of Grade Pay as well as the counting of 50% of the services for the purpose of recommending for grant of pension were redressed and in this regard the revised pension payment order was also passed by the Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlements), Tamil Nadu in proceedings No.P10/11024083/4/PPO No.R1013998, dated 27.03.2019. Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner had been redressed and accordingly, no further adjudication is required with reference to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
