ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.03.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent lodged a complaint with false allegations in respect of money dispute. Based on the same the second respondent harassed the petitioner frequently calling him for enquiry. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 18.03.2024 and the same is not considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that due to money dispute, the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint. In the complaint, there was sexual allegation made against the petitioner. After receipt of the complaint, they forwarded the same to the Dindigul Taluk Police Station on jurisdictional point and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. 2/4
4.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that she has no instructions from her client. 5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner by the third respondent and the third respondent also received the complaint from the fourth respondent and forwarded the same to the Dindigul Taluk Police Station on jurisdictional point and the third respondent also denied the allegations levelled by the petitioner, recording the above said submissions, this petition is closed.
