When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement as follows:

"Earlier this case was pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court NO.1, Karur. And now it is transferred to Fast Track Court No.1, Karur. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw with a liberty to file a fresh petition."

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
