RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in M.P.No.1/2012 in Crl.Appeal No.254/2012 dated 06/12/2012.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.S.PALANIVELRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor (VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION WING) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.252 of 2012 and M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2012 dated 06.12.2012.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 01.01.2013. He has further stated that the petitioner has to undergo treatment for heart ailment and hence, it is difficult for him to appear before the concerned Court on 01.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 2013 onwards. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, on all hearing dates and as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is allowed.
