ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.12120 of 2024, dated 01.08.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

2. Mr.B.Rama Moorthi, learned counsel for the petitioner appears before this Court through Video Conference mode and submits that the petitioner was affected 1/3

from viral fever and jaundice and hence, he was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was affected from jaundice, he did not file any medical records to substantiate the averments. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, and with a view to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 08.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12120 of 2024, dated 01.08.2024. This Court hopes that the petitioner shall adhere this order without any deviation.
