ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram, to number I.A. filed for the purpose of condoning the delay for setting aside the ex-parte decree passed in O.S.No.41 of 2018.
2.When the matter is listed today under the "dispense with" caption, it is submitted that the trial Court has already numbered I.A. as I.A.No.1 of 2025. Therefore, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, C.R.P.(MD)SR.No. 15957 of 2025, is also closed at SR stage itself. No costs. 24.04.2025 RJR
