Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 and their officials not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.12.2016, made to the respondents. This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Kasiviswanathan against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. He also produced a xerox copy of the letter submitted by the said Kasiviswanathan.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
