The petitioners have approached this Court that the first respondent Police is harassing them under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending from 28.03.2024.

3. The respondent police is not supposed to keep the petition/enquiry pending for more than four weeks. The petitioners and 3rd respondent are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is expected to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police is expected not to harass the petitioners. 2/4
