ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2014 for cancellation of patta.

2.Having found certain mistakes committed in the patta granted in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land allotted to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation, dated 08.08.2014 to the respondent No.3. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.08.2014 and after issuing notice to all the interested parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
