ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2015 and to cancel the planning permission given to the fourth respondent for constructing a building in the property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is reported to be dead.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority afresh, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
