3.Mr.Nagasamy : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu, by name P.Ramya, daughter of Periyaiya, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

For Detenu : Mr.D.Venkatesh

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has sought production of her daughter, namely, P.Ramya, aged about 19 years.

2.Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel, has produced the detenu. The detenu informs of having married the third respondent, namely, K.Nagasamy, on 30.05.2018 and that now she does not wish to speak to the petitioner, namely, her mother and will accompany her husband. She has produced a xerox copy of Marriage Certificate No.50, issued by the Marriage Registrar, Tamil Nadu and the same is placed on record.

3.Recording the said position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
