ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing them under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are accused in Crime No. 229 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 417 and 376 IPC. The 2nd petitioner was directed to subject himself to the potency test, but, he has not co-operated for the same. Only after getting the potency test's report, they can file a final report in the said case pending against the petitioners.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the 2nd 2/4

petitioner to subject himself to the potency test. In the meantime, the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioners.
