This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to interfere in the Civil Dispute and not to harass the petitioners without due process of law. 2.According to the prosecution, the complaint preferred by the private respondents 3 and 4, has been enquired and subsequently, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
