This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife alleging that her Husband has been taken illegal custody. However, the police has produced the Husband of the petitioner, he states that due to property dispute in the family he has gone out on his own and he is not under anybody's illegal custody.

2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
