To accept the affidavit and cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2953/2019 dated 26/02/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.P.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.3960 of 2019 and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Govt. Advocate (Crl Side) for the 1st Respondent in CRL MP(MD) No.3960/19 and petitioner in CRL MP (MD) No.3961/19 and of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for 2 TO 5 respondents in CRL MP(MD) No.3960/19 and 1 TO 4 respondents in CRL MP(MD) No.3961/19 the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel submitted that the respondents 2 to 5 herein returned 10 sovereigns https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3960 of 2019 of gold out of 22 sovereigns of gold.

2.It is open to the petitioner herein to file an independent petition under the DV Act in that regard.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that she has already filed a petition. It is for her to pursue the same.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that a sum of Rs.5,000/- will be paid as maintenance to the petitioner herein. The liability will commence from this month onwards. 5.It is only an interim arrangement. This will be without prejudice to the petitioner's right to claim a higher relief before the appropriate Court.
