This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to join the duty in the third respondent's office as Junior Assistant and consequently, to pay the petitioner's eligible salary and bonus from 10.06.2019 to till date with continuity of service.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner joined duty on 08.07.2020.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 16.12.2022 pm Index:Yes/No 2/3
