O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of the properties of the petitioner at Survey No.170/3, measuring 0.02.00 Ares, at Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District. The petitioner had given an application through online on 23.11.2022 and had also paid necessary charges.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out the patta granted in which the name of the petitioner is reflected.

3. A direction is issued to the respondents / Tahsildar, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, and Taluk Surveyor, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, to survey the lands of the petitioner and also 2/4

issue notice to the adjacent land owners. The objections may be noted and the entire process of survey to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
