ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.11.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1024 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act, as per the order dated 21.12.2016 in C.No.33/Detention/C.P.O/TC/2016 in P.D.No.85 of 2016, dated 19.12.2016 by the District Collector, Kanyakumari District.
