ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent herein, dated 09.09.2016 to any other Women Police Officer or the Superior Officer within the District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in this case investigation was transferred from the second respondent Police to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Pudukkottai and he produced the copy of the F.I.R registered by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pudukottai registered in Crime No.10 of 2016 under Sections 498 (A), 406 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on 08.12.2016.

4.Since the case was transferred from the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Pudukottai, no direction can be issued to transfer the investigation of the case.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
