PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for Mines), Thanjavur to number the unnumbered petition filed by the petitioner under Section 457 and 451 of Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No. of 2020 in connection with Crime No.637 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and to dispose the above Crl.M.P. of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
