ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 420, 120 (b) and 384 of I.P.C. in Crime No.11 of 2018. They have been shown as Accused Nos.4 , 5, 9 and 16.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.A sum of Rs.68,00,000/- is involved in this case. It is seen that the first petitioner viz., A.Shahjahan alone was playing a major role in running Asian Steel Trading Company with which the de facto complainant had transactions. The petitioners 2, 3 and 4 are only three womenfolk. They appear to be the sleeping partners. Therefore anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 and this Court is not inclined to grant the relief to the first petitioner and the hence this petition is dismissed in respect of the first petitioner.

4.Accordingly, the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 2, 3 and 4 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5.The petitioners 2, 3 and 4 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
