ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 427, 506(i) and 379 IPC in Crime No.286 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is an Advocate. The petitioners entered into the 1/3

chamber of the defacto complainant and quarrelled with him and locked the room. They abused him in filthy language with regard to the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai. They have also snatched the gold chain of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that they have collected CCTV footage from the High Court chamber and found that the petitioners have come to the defacto complainant's chamber and locked the same. They were inside for more than thirty minutes and thereafter, they came out from there. Some wordy quarrel was taken place, which was recorded in CCTV footage.

5.Considering facts and circumstance of the case and considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
