Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.0282/A1/2015, dated 05.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to rectify the pay anomaly thereby pay the petitioner on par with petitioner's junior P.Ramakrishnan with effect from 18.08.2010 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
