JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 15.03.2024 made in W.M.P.(MD)No.6021 of 2024 in W.P.(MD)No.6439 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2.We have gone through the impugned order dated 15.03.2024, wherein the Writ Court granted interim stay for the limited period, for which, the appellant has to file vacate stay petition before the Writ Court for vacating the interim order, since the Writ Petition is still pending. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Appeal and accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
