This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent, the Registrar, Pudukkottai District, to dispose of an appeal filed on 06.03.2023 by the petitioner herein.

2.Notice had been directed to the third respondent and notice had been served and the learned counsel had also entered appearance.

The issue is now pending before the first respondent. A direction is issued to the first respondent to examine the merits of the case and after ensuring that all parties have appeared before him, dispose of the same, after following due procedure in the manner known to law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
