PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other specialized agency like CBCID in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth in the present case.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other specialized agency like CBCID in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth in the present case.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's younger son viz., Vairamuthu died in a suspicious manner. Hence, a case in Crime No.65 of 2022 has been registered by the third respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son died in a suspicious manner. He would further submit that the petitioner suspected some persons for which, the petitioner made a representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the above said case to any other specialized agency. But the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court. He would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the 2/5
representation made by the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.04.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
