PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners for forcibly insisting to execute a sale deed in respect of the property in Ayan Punja S.No.13/9, to an extent of 9.25cents of Vairavikulam Panchayat, Tirunelveli District and the property in S.No.158/1A to an extent of 15 cents of Nesavalar colony, Mulachi Village, Tirunelveli District, to the respondents 2 to 6 based on the complaint made by the respondents 2 to 6.

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners for forcibly insisting to execute a sale deed in respect of the property in Ayan Punja S.No.13/9, to an extent of 9.25cents of Vairavikulam Panchayat, Tirunelveli District and the property in S.No.158/1A to an extent of 15 cents of Nesavalar colony, Mulachi Village, Tirunelveli District, to the respondents 2 to 6 based on the complaint made by the respondents 2 to 6.

2. Heard Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that the complaint was received from one Karuppasamy and an enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. Hence, there is no scope of harassment and no further enquiry in connection with the complaint of the said Karuppasamy.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
