2.This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the purported complaint given by one Mrs.R.Sobana the petitioner's wife.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is dismissed.
