This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard Mr.K.Gokul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner has received summons from the 2nd respondent. The said notice is in connection with the proceedings under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act. It is alleged that certain financial irregularities were reported and that therefore, an enquiry has been initiated. The notice issued to the petitioner itself shows that he was called for an enquiry before taking a decision as to the further course of action against the petitioner under the provision of Tamil Nadu Co-operatives Societies Act.
4. In such circumstances, this petition is vexation, since no harassment is made out and there is no scope for any harassment as alleged by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
