This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by one Rajendran, a case in Crime No.280 of 2016 was registered by the second respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C.
3. Since a case has been registered against the petitioners, the present petition filed by the petitioners is not at all maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
