This Criminal Original petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.56/2016 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period.

2. Heard Ms.A.Sowmiya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the request of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 56 of 2016 and to file the final report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
