ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 352 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.499 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.It is submitted on the respondent side that absconding charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners. It appears that the final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.72 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai. Summons appears to have been issued. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Trial Magistrate for executing the sureties and the same shall be accepted by the learned Trial Magistrate concerned.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakkottai and on their executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
