Heard both sides.

2.I am not in a position to consider the contentions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in view of the order dated 05.03.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.2366 of 2024. The petitioner has fairly 2/4

enclosed a copy of the said order in the typed set of papers. A learned Judge of this Court had given direction to the jurisdictional Police to give Police protection for fencing the petition mentioned property. So long as the said order is staring at me, I cannot grant any relief in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner to workout his remedy appropriately. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
