ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur in C.C.Nos.51 and 176 of 2017 to run concurrently.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the period of 10 months simple imprisonment itself was over and therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is closed.
