The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 5 to 8 submits that I.A.No.1108 of 2019 was filed challenging the order in A.S.No. 114 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Madurai. The said appeal was dismissed as uncontested on 19.09.2024. As the appeal itself was disposed of, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
