3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the request of the petitioner, the case in C.C.No.136 of 2016 is directed to be transferred from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. On receipt of the bundle and connected records, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram is directed to post the case on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
