2.This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate court in Crime Number.444 of 2015 on the file of respondent police station within a stipulated time. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact'.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
