ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner further requested before this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the Court below.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner is dispensed with before the Court below and the petitioner shall be represented by a counsel. The petitioner shall be present before the Court below at the time of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing a judgment.

4.The Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.159 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
