ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.12.2021 strictly in adherence to the provisions contemplated in Chapter XII of Cr.P.C as expeditiously as possible.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 21.12.2021, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same on 12.01.2022.
3.In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
