ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the defacto complainant is the daughter-inlaw of the defacto complainant and the same has been enquired and closed on 24.04.2022. Since it is a civil dispute between the father-in-law and the daughter-in-law and the same has been closed by directing the parties to approach the appropriate forum. Nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
