Heard both sides.

2.The petition mentioned school was brought under direct payment system. The reason for passing the said order was non-disbursement of the retirement benefits in favour of one retired Headmaster, by name, A.Kiruba Dhamayanthi. During the pendency of this writ petition, the retirement benefits have been disbursed. The reason for issuance of the impugned order no longer survives.

3.In this view of the matter, the impugned order is set aside. This writ petition is allowed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.07.2024 skm 2/4
