This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, it is seen that the petitioner is the husband and the second respondent is the wife. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the Family Court granting visitation rights in the decree, the second respondent is not permitting the petitioner to exercise his visitation rights. Therefore, he has submitted the said representation.

3. I have also heard the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. This Court is not commenting on the merits or otherwise of the allegations made by the petitioner. If the petitioner contends that the second respondent is not permitting visitation in spite of the decree, he has to put the decree into execution in the manner known to law before the same Page No. 2 of 4

Court. The first respondent or this Court, in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot be approached for the said purpose. Even otherwise, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent that the first respondent conducted an enquiry pursuant to the representation and both the petitioner and the second respondent appeared. It is further stated that the petitioner gave a statement expressing satisfaction that the child is in a safe and secure atmosphere and requested the first respondent to drop further proceedings.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent forum.
