and take necessary action to protect the Village property situated in S.No. 88/7, Ponnavarayan Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, measuring about 51 cents.

2.With reference to the relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the authorities competent are bound to protect the Government properties. 3.In the event of any encroachment is identified, all necessary enforcement actions shall be initiated.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
